In addition to writing and delivering public tours, I have conducted research on the laborers who worked at the Dickinson Homestead and the family’s connections with Amherst College. This research served as a basis for a Zoom webinar in December 2020. Additional research on Black laborers employed at the Homestead and the Evergreens served as the basis for a presentation commemorating Juneteenth in June 2022.
Following a multi-year restoration project (2020-2022), I participated in a working group charged with developing interpretative materials for one of the restored spaces: The Northwest Chamber.
